2009 Summer Reading Program
BE CREATIVE!
at the Salmon Public Library
How the Program Works:
1. Children ages 5 to 12 may register for the program.
2. You'll receive a log book to record the titles of books you read this summer.
3. Sign a contract with the librarian to decide how many books you plan to read.
4. We'll be offering a variety of programs in July.
5. Everyone who completes the program by finishing their contract will earn a reward.
6. The library welcomes children of all abilities.
Children younger than than 5 may participate in the Read to Me portion of the program. The Tuesday programs, however, are only for 5 to 12 year olds due to the skill level needed for the activities.
Programs for the 5 to 12 year olds will be held each
Tuesday at 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM starting in July. Programs include rreading, crafts and a snack. Volunteers are needed and appreciated for the crafts portion of the program!
For more information, all the library at 756-2311!
